Short description of subscriptions
Our charging subscriptions for private individuals are ideal for people with a home charger for private use or for business/lease drivers with a charging station at home. With these subscriptions, you have an overview of your charging sessions in the charging management platform. For these subscriptions, you need a 50five charging tag. We charge a one-time fee for shipping the 50five charging tag. Depending on the chosen subscription, these costs may vary. Once the request has been submitted, these costs will be processed and the amount will be included on the next subscription invoice.
With the Private Start charging subscription, you can use the 50five app. There, you can go for questions, self-support, insights into your charging sessions and use our AI agent, Nova. With the Private Complete charging subscription, you can automatically settle charging costs with your employer, leasing company or accountant, and you can choose to open your charging station to third parties. This means that other cards can also be used to charge at this charging station. This is useful, for example, if your partner also wants to charge at home with their own charging card from their own employer. With the Private Complete subscription, you also benefit from 24/7 active monitoring and proactive fault resolution (A.I.), so you can charge with as little interruption as possible.
Do you manage charge points for a company? Then we offer two subscriptions. The Business Start subscription is ideal if you do not have too many charge points at your company. You can use the 50five app and the 50five web portal to manage the charge points. For example, you can add charging cards and easily manage who has access to your charge points. The Business Complete subscription is ideal when charger management is more complex. You get access to our Charge Manager, where you can easily manage charge points, subscriptions, charging cards and rates. With the Business Complete subscription, you also benefit from 24/7 active monitoring and proactive fault resolution (A.I.), so you can charge with as little interruption as possible.
Would you like extra peace of mind around your charging station? Then choose the additional maintenance subscription. We carry out preventive maintenance once every 2 years, are available 24/7 and will be on site within 3 working days in case of malfunctions. All call-out and labour costs are included. This extends the lifespan of your charging station, prevents malfunctions and keeps the installation safe and reliable.
