When charging at home, you simply pay your standard electricity rate with no additional costs. For workplace charging, the costs are determined by your employer. Roaming does not need to be activated for this. In this situation, your charging costs consist of:

• Your own kWh electricity rate and, if applicable, an hourly rate.

• A one-time activation fee.

Would you like to charge at one of our connected public charging points in the UK or within our extensive European roaming network? In that case, you pay the standard electricity rate, including roaming costs. Roaming must be activated. The costs outside your network are structured as follows:

• A start fee per charging session.

• A surcharge on the applicable kWh rate of the public charging station

• A monthly MSP subscription

With the 50five charge card and tag, our eMSP (e-Mobility Service Provider) service, you receive one simple monthly invoice with a clear overview of all your charging sessions.
