Do you already have a 50five charging card or badge? You can access your charging session history, transactions and invoices at any time from your dedicated environment. The charging card and badge are still the most commonly used identification methods for accessing public charging infrastructure.
However, with the rise of technologies such as Plug & Charge, authentication and authorization of charging sessions are gradually becoming automatic. Over time, these innovations will enable an even smoother charging experience and could reduce, or even replace, the use of traditional charging cards and badges.
Please note: One-off fees and monthly subscription fees may apply to the 50five charging card and badge. The exact costs and conditions may vary depending on the market and customer type. Always check the current conditions applicable in France before submitting your request.
After the request has been submitted, it will be processed and any applicable costs will be included on the next subscription invoice.
Do you want to charge your vehicle at home or at work using a 50five charging station? In that case, you simply pay the agreed electricity tariff, with no additional roaming fees. Roaming does not need to be activated on your charging card or badge.
Do you want to charge at public charging stations connected to the 50five network and available in France and Europe? You then pay the applicable charging tariff, including any roaming fees. For this, roaming must be activated on your charging card or badge.

It may happen that a charging station is not connected to the 50five network. No tariff agreement has necessarily been concluded with these stations, which means that tariffs may vary. Costs with these operators may therefore be higher.

eMSP stands for e-Mobility Service Provider. These are providers of charging cards, charging badges and apps that make it easier to register and pay for charging sessions. Through an app, you can view the costs incurred and get an overview of your consumption. In cooperation with a CPO provider, an eMSP can also make it possible to restrict use to specific charging stations, such as those of an employer.
