Introduction

We discuss your location, requirements, and target audience. We also assess the current use of the parking area and the expected charging demand.

Tailored proposal

You will receive a proposal outlining the technical solution, financing model, partnership structure, and potential compensation. We take your specific situation and contracted power capacity into account.

Installation

After approval, we take care of the installation of the charging stations. We carefully coordinate the planning to minimize the impact on your daily operations.

Charging and management

Do we need to invest in the charging stations ourselves?

No. Within this model, 50five covers the investment. You provide the location, and we take care of the financing, installation, and operation.

Who manages the charging stations after installation?

We manage the charging stations. This means we are responsible for monitoring, maintenance, malfunctions, payments, and user support.

Will we receive compensation?

You will always be reimbursed for the energy costs when we use your grid connection. This means your organization never loses money from visitors using the charging stations. In addition, there may be an additional revenue model for your organization, either in the form of a fixed or variable compensation per kWh. This depends on the location, charging volume, and the agreements within the partnership.

Is this suitable for a single charging station or mainly for larger locations?

Both are possible. We assess each location individually to determine what makes the most sense technically, commercially, and operationally.

What if there is limited grid capacity available?

In that case, we investigate smart solutions such as load balancing, phased expansion, or a tailored charging plan. The starting point is always a reliable solution that fits within the possibilities of your location.
