ENGIE SA sold the majority shares of 50five Group to Institutional Investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Transportation Group

Amsterdam, 2nd of December 2024 – Institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Transportation Group have acquired the majority of shares in 50five Group, a leading full-service provider of charging infrastructure for electrical vehicles in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany Luxemburg, France and the United Kingdom.

50five Group was founded in 2016 by its existing management team, supported by ENGIE SA, for EV charging installation, maintenance & repair, charge point operator solutions, e-mobility services, and transportation-related energy management.
