How did you first come into contact with 50five?

Many companies have a vehicle fleet and are expanding it with electric vehicles — and Zilverzorg is no exception. The company owned three petrol cars and felt it was time to purchase electric vehicles. This idea came about because their customers were located close to one another, meaning electric vehicles could easily cover the required distances. Of course, these electric vehicles needed to be charged, which is where 50five came in.

“We ideally wanted a fast charger so that people could continue doing their work without being held back. The charging station we had installed is therefore intended for our employees. When we started searching online for companies that install charging stations, 50five was one of the companies that came up.”

Why did you choose 50five?

Zilverzorg explained: “In general, the deciding factor was the price-quality ratio. We chose a hire-purchase arrangement because it was better for us to spread the cost of the charging station.”

With a hire-purchase arrangement, you essentially rent the charging station from 50five for a set period of time. At the end of this so-called rental period, the charging station becomes yours. This is useful when there is no budget available to pay for the charging station in one go.

You had an Ecotap DC-30 charger installed. Why did you specifically choose this charging station?

“It was important to us that the car could be charged quickly. Especially when the electric vehicles are used by people who are on the road a lot. This fast charger was recommended by the garage where we lease our cars, which is why we chose it. We drive electric Volkswagen Golfs and Ups.”

Zilverzorg also indicated that they are satisfied with the charging station: “It does what it is supposed to do.”

Conclusion

Both the installation and service provided by 50five were experienced positively. Zilverzorg says it would like to expand its fleet with even more electric vehicles and the corresponding charging stations in the future. When the time comes, 50five will be taken into consideration for the installation of new charging stations.
